We are absolutely perplexed how some of the Major Players on the Internet run their companies. We are going through an experience right now in which a company, not to be named at this point, failed to get back to us for five (5) days. When they finally did get back to us instead of answering our question they asked us a question which we now have to answer in order to get the mess resolved.
We hate this and we're certain everyone else out here who conducts business with poorly run organizations has the same problem. We have no recourse you know, we just have to take it. We could sever our business relationship with them but then we wouldn't be teaching them anything. We believe it is pitiful companies should be able to operate in this fashion. The arrogance that goes along with this shoddy operational attitude makes it all the more disgusting. The managers of these companies are the guilty ones really, and should be fired for failing to provide the supervision necessary to run a good business. . .one that is customer friendly.
Those of us who run our business with the customer in mind find it exceedingly uncomfortable being dealt with in a sloppy and unprofessional manner. What ever happened to employee training? A little common sense can go a long way when running a business and many out here seemed to have completely left it out of their training programs. Every company has problems but being discourteous should never be one of them.
